What Do Schedulers Do at Shoppers Confidential?

  • Schedulers communicate with the Client Line Managers, Field Team Coordinator and our Shoppers to ensure Mystery Shopping Assignments are completed by the right people by the deadline.
  • Schedulers often recruit people to register as shoppers with Shoppers Confidential to ensure assignments are completed.
  • Schedulers are a resource and support to shoppers experiencing difficulties or who have questions.
  • Schedulers are aware of any weather, social, political, or medical issues in the areas where the assignments are located to ensure assignment feasibility
  • Schedulers communicate effectively status reports, support needs or issues as they occur

What is valuable to have when applying to be a Scheduler with Shoppers Confidential?

  • Experience with ShopMetrics and Gigspot
  • Previous scheduling experience
